FORDS COACHES is a family business with a long Coaching history. With the first coach purchased back in 1929, we have now been operating coaches for over 70 years.
We have our own premises in the village of Althorne, Essex. These incorporate our modern workshops, offices, and on-site parking for our 25-strong fleet of coaches and busses.
Our team of engineers ensure that all of our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards for safety and peace of mind. We are proud of our enviable reputation with the vehicle inspectorate.
The administrative staff in our offices are friendly and helpful and use a computer booking system to ensure fast and efficient processing of customer requirements.
Our team of courteous and experienced professional drivers ensure that anyone who travels with us is completely satisfied with our service. Our Vehicles travel the whole of the United Kingdom and the continent for many different companies, groups, schools and private customers. We also operate our own extensive Day Excursion program and Theatre trips. We pride ourselves on a reputation built up over many years, during which many thousands of satisfied customers have travelled with us again and again. Recommendation is our reward.
